Government of Goa Signs MoU with The Art of Living for Social and Rural Development

Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant presided over the signing of an Overarching Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Goa and The Art of Living, marking a five-year partnership for social, rural, and community development initiatives across the state.

The collaboration covers water conservation, river rejuvenation, natural farming, sustainable agriculture, education, skill development, women empowerment, afforestation, waste management, integrated village development, yoga, ayurveda, and wellness, along with capacity building programs for students, teachers, and government officials.

The partnership brings together the Government of Goa's development vision and The Art of Living's experience in community-driven initiatives, strengthening Goa's journey towards Swayampurna and sustainable development.
